By utilizing our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified below.


1.      Payment Terms and Conditions:         1.1.     Payment for transportation services must be made by the due date specified on the invoice.
         1.2.    If the payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of 3% of the outstanding balance will be applied monthly until the payment is made in full.
         1.3.    In the event of non-payment or outstanding balances, Ride With Us Transportation LLC reserves the right to initiate collection procedures to recover the owed amounts.
         1.4.    If the client's account becomes delinquent, they agree to pay an additional $30 monthly fee to cover collection costs incurred by Ride With Us Transportation LLC.
         1.5.    The client acknowledges that in the event of default, any and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred during the collection process, including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, will be added to the outstanding balance and will be the sole responsibility of the client.
         1.6.    Ride With Us Transportation LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for clients with overdue payments.
2.      Liability for Payment:         2.1.    If the client is ordering transportation services for another person, such as a patient or a family member, the client will remain fully liable for the cost of the services.
         2.2.   By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts the responsibility for payment, regardless of whether they are the passenger or ordering on behalf of someone else.
3.      Awareness of Fees:         3.1.    Ride With Us Transportation LLC ensures that the client is made aware of all fees and additional charges that may incur during the trip.
         3.2.   Additional charges may include waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or any other relevant expenses incurred during the transportation service.
4.       Dead Miles Policy:         4.1.     Dead miles refer to the distance traveled by our transportation vehicles when going to the pickup location from our operations address (zip code 91401).
         4.2.     If the pickup address is 21 or more miles away from our operations address (zip code 91401), then dead miles will be charged per mile at the start of the 21st mile.
          4.3.    The dead miles charge will be calculated based on the total distance traveled beyond the 20-mile radius from zip code 91401.
         4.4.    The dead miles charge will not apply for the distance returning to our operations address after completing the transportation service.
          4.5.    The client will be informed of the dead miles charge before the transportation service is provided, and it will be included in the final invoice.
          4.6.    The dead miles charge is in addition to the regular transportation service fees and any other applicable charges outlined in these terms and conditions.
5.       Safety Discretion:         5.1.     Ride With Us Transportation LLC prioritizes the safety of its clients and personnel above all else.
         5.2.     We reserve the right to exercise our own discretion and judgment to determine whether it is safe to proceed with the transportation service.
          5.3.     It's essential for clients to disclose any safety-relevant information during the booking process that may impact the safety of the transportation service, including the presence of staircases or any other physical barriers at the pickup or drop-off locations, as well as any significant health conditions or special requirements of the client or passengers.
          5.4.     Failure to disclose such information may result in a cancellation fee being billed to the client.
          5.5.     The cancellation fee will be communicated to the client before it is billed, and the client will have the opportunity to address the safety concerns or provide necessary information to proceed with the transportation service safely.
6.      Insurance Coverage:          6.1.     Ride With Us Transportation LLC maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements to operate our transportation services.
          6.2.     This insurance coverage is intended to protect our clients and the public in the event of any unforeseen incidents that may occur during the provision of our transportation services.
          6.3.     Please note that our insurance coverage is limited to accidents and incidents directly caused by Ride With Us Transportation LLC or its employees, and it may not cover personal belongings or other property of the client or passengers.
7.      Limitation of Liability:          7.1.     Ride With Us Transportation LLC shall take all reasonable precautions and adhere to traffic laws to ensure safe transportation.
          7.2.     However, the client acknowledges that Ride With Us Transportation LLC is not liable for any accidents or injuries that were not caused by the company or its employees.
         7.3.     The client agrees to follow all safety guidelines provided by the transportation company.
8.      Cancellation:          8.1.     Clients can cancel their transportation service with Ride With Us Transportation LLC up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any cancellation charges.
         8.2.     If the client cancels the service within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
         8.3.     If the client fails to notify Ride With Us Transportation LLC of the cancellation and the driver arrives at the pickup location, this will be considered a no-show and a fee will be charged.
9.      Booking Modifications:         9.1.     Clients may request modifications to their transportation bookings, including changes in pickup/drop-off locations, time adjustments, or route changes, subject to availability.
         9.2.     Ride With Us Transportation LLC will make every effort to accommodate these modifications, but it cannot guarantee their availability.
         9.3.     Any changes to the original booking may result in additional charges, which the client will be informed of before the service is provided.
10.    Customer Conduct:          10.1.  Ride With Us Transportation LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, abuse, violence, or inappropriate behavior toward its drivers or staff.
         10.2.  The client agrees to treat the driver and any other personnel of Ride With Us Transportation LLC with respect and refrain from engaging in any disruptive or harmful behavior during the transportation service.
         10.3.  In the event of any violation of this conduct policy, Ride With Us Transportation LLC reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without a refund and take appropriate legal action if necessary.
11.    Lost or Damaged Items:         11.1.  Ride With Us Transportation LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings or items left behind in its vehicles.
         11.2.  The client is solely responsible for their belongings during the transportation service and must ensure that they have all their items when leaving the vehicle.
         11.3.  In the event that a client discovers they have left an item in one of our vehicles, they should contact Ride With Us Transportation LLC immediately. The company will make reasonable efforts to locate and return the lost item, but it does not guarantee the successful retrieval of lost items.
         11.4.  Ride With Us Transportation LLC is not liable for any damage caused to personal items during the transportation service.
12.    Vehicle Damage:         12.1.  The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their actions during the transportation service.
         12.2.  Clients will be charged the full cost of repairs for any damages, intentional or accidental, caused to the vehicle during their trip.
13.    Non-Liability for Service Disruptions:         13.1.  Ride With Us Transportation LLC shall not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures to provide transportation services caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, traffic conditions, road closures, adverse weather, mechanical breakdowns, delay caused by another client, or any other force majeure events. While every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled pickup time, the client acknowledges and accepts that certain situations may arise, and Ride With Us Transportation LLC shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising from such events.
14.    Acknowledgment of Terms:         14.1.  By utilizing the services provided by Ride With Us Transportation LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein.
        14.2.  The client further agrees that they have read, understood, and accept these terms in their entirety.
